| How sessions work | You book a start time. Picking lasts 40 minutes. Please arrive 10 minutes before your start time. |

On the day
- Book online — Choose a date and time, pay by card
- Arrive 10 min early — Check in at the farm shop reception
- Pick & eat for 40 min — Condensed milk included
- Farm shop — Strawberries & jam to take home (when available)
From check-in to finish takes about 1 hour.
Rules & what to bring
- 🧳 No large bags or suitcases in the greenhouse. Please tell us when you book if you are bringing a suitcase. More
- 🍓 Pick only red, ripe strawberries and eat each one before picking the next. Please don’t leave any — leftovers are charged ¥4 per gram.
- 🚫 Strawberries can’t be taken out of the greenhouse.
- 👟 Wear comfortable shoes — the ground is uneven.
- 🧥 The greenhouse is warm. Wear layers you can take off.
- 👶 Children must stay with an adult at all times.
- 🐶 No pets. 🚭 No smoking.
- ⏰ If you will be late, please call us. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, we may not be able to let you in.

Cancellation

- The refund rate is of the amount paid. It already takes off the 5% card fee.
- If we (the farm) cancel strawberry picking because of the weather, we will move your booking to another day. If you cannot come on another day (for example, you are leaving Japan), you get a full refund. This applies only when the farm cancels.
- If you decide yourself not to come because of rain or bad weather, this is not covered — we cannot change your date, and the table above applies.
- If we cancel for our own reasons, you get a full refund.
- Cancel or check your booking anytime from My booking or the link in your confirmation email.
