What we collect

• When you book: your name, email address, phone number, country of residence, number of guests, and your answers to optional questions (for example, whether you come by car).
• Payment is handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number.
• Basic technical information needed to protect the booking system from abuse (for example, a hashed connection identifier and the country your connection comes from).

Why we use it

• To manage your booking, send confirmation and reminder emails, and contact you about your visit (for example, a weather cancellation).
• To handle refunds and, where our terms allow, fees for damage or no-shows.
• If you opted in, to send you news about our farm. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in each email.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the booking: Stripe (payment), Cloudflare (website and database), and our email provider. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes, then deleted. Newsletter consent is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct, or delete your information by emailing us. We will reply within 14 days.
