Booking & prices

Can I come without a reservation?
Walk-ins are accepted only if there is space. Weekends fill up, so we recommend booking online.
Can I book for today?
Yes — online booking is open until 10 minutes before each start time if there is space. For a last-minute visit you can also call us: +81-80-6338-0537.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the month and age. See the price table. Children under 2 are free.
I live in Japan. How do I book?
Please book on our Japanese website. This English site is for travelers visiting Japan.
How do I pay?
You pay online when you book, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Do you take group or tour bookings?
Up to 30 people can book online. For larger groups or travel agencies, please contact us.

On the day

How long does the visit take?
Picking is 40 minutes. From check-in to finish, plan about 1 hour.
When should I arrive?
10 minutes before your start time, at the reception in our farm shop.
Do you speak English?
A little. We explain the rules with pictures and a translation app. Please read our rules before you come.
Can I take strawberries home?
Strawberries you pick are eaten in the greenhouse. Packs of strawberries and jam are sold at the farm shop when available.
Can I bring my own food or drinks?
Please don’t eat other food in the greenhouse. Water is fine. Condensed milk is provided.
Is there a toilet?
Yes, there is a toilet at the farm.

Kids & strollers

Can children come without an adult?
No. Each booking needs at least one guest aged 13 or older, and children must stay with an adult.
Can we bring a baby?
Yes. Babies under 2 are free. Please add them as “Under 2” when booking so we know how many people are coming.
Can I bring a stroller or wheelchair?
Standard strollers and wheelchairs without extra attachments can go in. The aisles are narrow and the ground is uneven, so please take care.

Luggage & clothes

I have a suitcase. Where can I leave it?
Large bags can’t go into the greenhouse. We can keep a few suitcases at the reception — please tell us when you book. If you can, use a coin locker at Tokyo, Funabashi or Narita station.
What should I wear?
Comfortable shoes and layers. On sunny days the greenhouse gets warm even in winter, but on rainy or cloudy days it stays cool. The best clothes depend on the weather, so please check the forecast.

Rain & strawberries

What if it rains?
No problem — strawberry picking is inside the greenhouses. You walk outside from the reception to the greenhouse, so please bring an umbrella. Rain is not a reason to change your date; if you decide not to come, the cancellation table applies.
When is the best time to visit?
April and May have the most varieties, and prices are lower. December to March is colder, so the strawberries are sweeter, but there are fewer late-season varieties. Weekday mornings are the quietest.
Which varieties can I eat? Can I choose?
It depends on the harvest that day. You will usually taste several varieties. See our varieties.

Cancellation & lateness

How do I cancel, and do I get a refund?
Cancel from the link in your confirmation email or “My booking”. The refund depends on how many days before your visit — see the cancellation table.
What if the farm cancels?
If we (the farm) cancel strawberry picking because of the weather, we will contact you by email and move your booking to another day. If you cannot come on another day (for example, you are leaving Japan), we refund you in full. This applies only when the farm cancels — if you decide yourself not to come because of the weather, the cancellation table applies. If we cancel for our own reasons, you also get a full refund.
What if I am late?
Please call us as soon as you know: +81-80-6338-0537. If you arrive more than 20 minutes after your start time, we may not be able to let you in.

Planning your trip

Can I combine it with Narita or Tokyo Disney Resort on the same day?
Yes. We are about 45 minutes from Narita Airport and 60 minutes from Tokyo Disney Resort. See how to get here.
Is there parking?
Yes, free parking for 10–15 cars at the farm.
